Green tea has EGCG which is a catechin anti-oxidant that is known to reduce inflammation. Ginger has analgesic properties and is known to be an anti-inflammatory. Turmeric contains curcumin, which is known to reduce swelling. Cinnamon and honey bush are known to ease swelling.

For optimal flavor : 1 tsp of tea for every 8 fl oz of water, steep at 175° for 2 minutes
